All items are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground within the USA. Rates are calculated at checkout.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

Anna Orthwein Designs accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 10 days of delivery, however:

  • You are eligible for either return credit or a refund only after we have received the item and confirmed that it is unworn and unused. If your item is received with any damage, we will provide Anna Orthwein merchandise credit for the return.
  • Made to order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Steps To Return Item(s)

1. Email info@annabags.com with your reason for the return. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Return Options 
  • Specify which option you prefer:

Option A: Full Refund - $12 return shipping and handling fee

Option B: Merchandize Credit and free return shipping  

2. After you have submitted the above information, you will be emailed a return shipping label and form within 1 business day. Please print your return shipping label as well as the return form. Pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal it.

3. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.

4. Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made using the above return process.
